Softwares can be good, bad or ugly. Of course it does not interest anyone … if the software is 16 bit or if it has Visicalc Database or if it is developed in Clipper and does not have allocating options.

But, when the transaction increases, when one can take coffee break by the time the software tells the vendor balance, when it throws up errors, in a language not many can understand, when the software becomes a nightmare for user, then realization occurs - it was a wrong selection,but then the purchased is done.
